1 lb Lean Hamburger 2 quarts 2% Milk 1 cup Flour Salt and pepper to taste
Brown hamburger in large sauce pan. DO NOT DRAIN. Add flour and cook stightly. Slowly add in milk stiring constantly. Add Salt andPepper. Cook until thick and raw flour taste is gone. Serve over toast, fried or mashed potatoes.(not in nutritonal info) Makes about 12 1 cup servings.
