    macadamias - 1/2 cup (2 1/2 oz)
    almonds - 1/2 cup (2 1/2 oz)
    sunflower seeds - 1/2 cup (2 1/2 oz)
    dried cherries - 1/2 cup (2.25 oz)
    craisins - 1/4 cup (7/8 oz)
    dried blueberries - 1/4 cup (1 oz)

Directions
