Ingredients

    Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Premium Tuna in Oil, 4 oz
    *Hellmans Mayo, 3 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup cherry tomatoes
    Celery, raw, .20 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped
    Salad Greens
    4 oz of cheese sliced into slivers
    4 slices whole wheat bread toast sliced into long croûtons

    Chop vegs in a mini chopper, add drained tuna fish, mix to flake the fish, add mayo, mix and serve over salad greens that have been dressed with salad dressing. Arrange the cheese and croutons around the edges.
