Ingredients

148 grams Russet potatos thinly sliced
3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 med Onion thinly sliced
1 tsp Salt
2.5 cups Half and Half
1.75 cup Ham sliced
1 tbs dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp Butter in small cubes
Directions
Heat oven to 350
Spray 2 quart Covered Casserole w/ cooking spray
In 2 quart sauce pan melt 3 tbs butter over medium heat. Cook Onion in butter about 2 minutes stirring occosionally, until tender. Stir i flour salt and pepper. Cook stirring constantly until smooth & well combined. Stir i 1/2 & 1/2 slowly again until wel combined. heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil & stir one minute.
Layer potatoes & ham in casserole; pressing down gently to make surface even. Pour sauce over potato mixture. Cut butter into small pieces; sprinkle bread crumbs over top evenly, lastly sprinkle butter over potatoes.
Cover bake 30 minutes.
Uncover and continue to bake 1 thr to 1 hr 10 minutes longer until potatoes are tender. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
