Ingredients

    3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 can cream chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 jar diced pimentos
    1 8 oz bag of mild shredded cheddar cheese
    1 can (6 oz ) of 1% milk
    .5 cup paremsean cheese

Directions

Cut up chicken into cubes, heat in medium skillet, till cooked throughly...add some lawrys or any spice you prefer. While doing this boil a bag of wide egg noodles. Then in a large bowl, combine, noodles, jar of pimentos, both cans of soup, along with one can of milk, the cheese and chicken. Stir, an add salt and pepper. Then spread in a 9 X 13 dish, sprinkle with .5 cup of paremesan cheese across the top, bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. This is def, not "low fat" although you can make subs to bring it down. I figure for a main meal, like dinner, its not that bad, and very filling. I serve with green beans and a spinich salad.
