Ingredients

    2# Ground turkey
    1 egg
    1/2 c instant oatmeal, plain
    1 pkg dry onion soup mix
    1/4 c milk
    1 8oz can tomato soup

Directions

Add slightly beaten egg, milk, oatmeal, & onion soup mix to ground turkey. Mix well. Pat/form a loaf; place in a casserole dish. (**Hint- longer, skinnier loaf will make thicker slices=more satisfying**) Top loaf w/tomato sauce. Cover dish w/tin foil. Place in preheated oven. Bake @ 350 for 50 min. Uncover and bake 5 min.
For lower sodium, do not use tomato sauce on top.
