Homemade whole wheat pasta

Introduction

Ingredients

    whole wheat flour
    white flour
    eggs
    olive oil

Directions

combine dry ingredients
make a well in the middle
add egg and 1 Tbsp of oil in the well, stir with fork until mixed, once its to thick to use fork knead with hands. Keep kneading till you have a ball of dough then refridgerate for 15 min. ONce that is done you can cut in pieces and either roll out to desired pasta shap or roll through pasta machine. Boil in portions in water cook unitl taste approx. 5-7 min for each batch. toss lightly with oil olive to avoid sticking and serve with your favourite topping. To add variations mix in dough oregeno, basil and garilc to your liking.
