Shepherd's Pie

Introduction

Could also be done with turkey for a holiday "Make again" meal. Could also be done with turkey for a holiday "Make again" meal.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp ground rosemary
    1/4 onion, minced
    2 small cloves garlic, smashed and minced

    4 large potatoes, dices
    3/8 c butter
    3/4 c milk
    1/4 cup finely shredded cheese - cheddar

    5 small carrots, diced
    3/4 cups frozen corn
    3/4 cups frozen green beans



Directions

boil potatoes until done, drain and use butter and milk to mash
cook carrots till done, add corn and green beans to heat, drain
brown beef with rosemary, garlic and onion

layer vegetables, beef then potatoes in 9x13" baking dish, bake for 10-15 minutes in 375* oven.
