Magic Crust Quiche II

Uses egg beaters and reduced fat cheese Uses egg beaters and reduced fat cheese
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup Egg Beaters (equal to 4 eggs)
    2 cup 1% Milk
    1/2 c whole wheat flour
    1 T butter, unsalted
    1 c fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1 c fresh spinach, chopped
    1/2 c reduced fat shredded colby or cheddar cheese
    1 c diced lean ham

Directions

Blend the first 4 ingredients, then add cheese and mix well. Add veggies and ham. Pour into ungreased 9 inch pie plate and bake at 350 for 50-60 mins.
