Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Pillsbury Pie Crust

    4 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 cups 1% milk
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    Several dashes of Nutmeg
    250 g pre-cooked ham, cubed
    1 1/2 cups Lucerned Mexican Blend shredded cheese
    1 tbsp all-purpose flour

Directions

Bake pie-crust according to package instructions

Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, flour and ham and blend well.

Top with cheese.

Bake at 325 to 350 for 45 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

A pie should provide 8 slices, each slice is one serving.
