Double Yummie Chicken Salad

My most requested recipe ever! My most requested recipe ever!

Ingredients

    4 large Chicken Breast, no skin, bone and skin removed
    Lowery's Seasoning Salt
    2 Hard Boiled Egg
    1/2 Cup Celery, raw, diced
    1/2 Cup Pecans, chopped
    4 Tbsp Kraft Real Mayo
    4 Tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise

Directions

Boil the chicken for a minimum of 1 hour, you want it to be fall apart tender. Place cooked chicken breast in a plastic covered container and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Refrigerate till completely cool. I prefer to refrigerate the chicken overnight so it marinates in the seasoning salt. Cut the chicken in small cubes, I find it best to use kitchen scissors. Add celery, eggs, mayonaisse and pecans. Season with additional seasoning salt to taste. When I prepare the recipe for a large crowd I use Real mayo only.
