This is an incredibly morish cake. I used all-purpose flour only since I did not have any wholewheat to hand and cut into about 12 small slices. - 5/31/10

  • I made this to share with friends - we loved it! I did use Splenda for Baking and Splenda Brown Sugar instead of regular sugars. I baked for the full 40 minutes; it was still wet when I pulled it out. After setting for a while, it firmed up. It tasted wonderful! - 10/17/10
