Peanut Butter Cookies from Better Homes and Gardens

Introduction

I used splenda instead of sugar so that is how i'm writing this recipe I used splenda instead of sugar so that is how i'm writing this recipe
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1 c. Margarine
    1 c. Peanut Butter
    1 c. Splenda
    1 c. packed Brown Sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

1. In large bowl mix margarine and peanut butter with wooden spoon. Add both Splenda and brown sugar. Stir until mixed. Stir in eggs and vanilla until mixed.

2. In medium bowl stir together flour, soda, and salt. Stir into sugar mixture till well mixed. Use your hands to mix the dough, if you need to. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3. Form dough into balls placing on an ungreased cookie sheet and push down with a fork.

4. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes

makes 3 dozen large cookies
