1 Box Sugar Free Pudding (vanilla or Banana)
2 cup non-fat milk
2 Graham Crackers (4 squares)
1 cup of sliced bananas
Directions
Make pudding according to directions (add milk)
in 4 8 oz glasses add 1 square (1/2) of a graham cracker crushed at bottom of each glass, seperate the pudding into the 4 glasses and add sliced bananas on top, refigerate for about 5-10 mins and a nice low calorie desert is ready to eat. (Calorie info may be subjective, not sure if the pudding includes milk or not.)
