Southwestern Beef and Linguini

Introduction

This recipe is from the Better Homes and Gardens Healthy Living Cookbook. It is easy to make and very flavorful.

Make sure to taste at the end before adding extra chilli powder; the 2 tbsp was spicy enough for my husband and I!
