Crustless Bacon Quiche

Ingredients

6 large eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 slices bacon, chopped and cooked
1/2 cup diced onion
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
In pan, cook bacon on medium heat. Once bacon is done, add onions and saute them in the bacon grease. Once onions are translucent, drain all excess grease.
In a bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffly, then add milk. Blend well.
Spray a quiche dish or 9 inch pie plate with Pam or other non stick spray. Spread bacon and onion mixture along the bottom of the pan. Layer the cheese over the bacon and onion mixture. Pour the egg and milk mixture over everything.
Place quiche dish on a cookie sheet and place it in the oven. Bake for 45 minutes or until firmly set.
