IntroductionThis is definetly not low fat but my family loves it. It's a treat for me. This is definetly not low fat but my family loves it. It's a treat for me.
1 - 680 ml can pasta sauce, use your favourite
1 - 284 ml can Heinz Cream of Mushroom Soup
340 gms - spahgettini
1 lb lean ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 medium carrot, shredded
Any other veggies you like in your sauce
1/2 soup can of milk
1/2-1 c cheddar cheese, grated
Brown ground beef, add veggies and cook until soft. Add pasta sauce, soup and milk, mix well.
Add sauce mixture to cooked pasta and blend well. Pour mixture into oven safe dish, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese begins to bubble.
We can usually get between 6-8 servings from this dish.
