Lamb meatballs

Ingredients

1 pound of ground lamb
1 egg
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/4 cup instant potato flakes (or dried bread crumbs)
2 tsp mixed herbs (herbs de provance or italian herbs)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together until well incorporated. Divide the mixture into 15 meatballs roughly 1.5" diameter and place on a non stick cookie sheet. Bake the meatballs in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
