1/2 Large Ripe Banana or what is on hand. Ripe will give it a Fruitier taste.
1 Serving of Benefiber
1 Serving equivalent of 1 Egg of Flax seed Meal, ground.
1/4 C. strawberries, though Blueberries were Originally used; I didn't have any so this is my substitution.
1/2 Tbsp. Apple Jucie Concentrate or No Sugar Added, or Honey.
8 oz. of Vanilla Soy Milk.
