Low Cal Low Carb Stuff Bell Peppers

Introduction

I ran out of rice so had to make some changes to the regular recipe so here it is! I ran out of rice so had to make some changes to the regular recipe so here it is!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 1/2 lbs
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Yellow, green or Red Peppers (bell peppers), 6 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)

Directions

Combine all ingredients except bell peppers.

Stuff into Peppers.

Place up right in 13x9 pan back in 350 degree oven for 30-45 min.
