47 oz can of tomato juice (or you can use crush tomatoes or sauce, etc. )
3 cups water
spices to taste
1 lb ground turkey, browned
2 cups mixed vegetables
1 cup brown rice (quick kind)
This is a basic veggie soup recipe that we've been using for a while. It makes enough for dinner and leftovers the following day.
