Ingredients

    6 summer squash (mix yellow and green)
    2 large onions
    32 oz. of soup broth (chicken or veg, or bouillion)
    seasoning: fresh basil, fresh dill, thyme or parsley (salt & pepper)
    2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Heat olive oil
chop and sautee onion
chop and sautee squash
add seasoning
add broth
cook about 25 minutes
blend
eat
enjoy
