Introduction

Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    3/4 cups Splenda
    3/4 cups Organic sugar
    1 cup Canola oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c Vital Wheat gluten (add 2 tbsp for high altitude)
    1/2 c Vanilla Whey protein powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cream of tartar
    2 tsp Vanilla extract
    2 tsp lemon extract

Directions

Stir together Splenda & Oil. Add eggs. Mix again. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients and stir to distribute evenly. Add dry to wet then stir in vanilla and lemon extracts.

You can refrigerate dough or use immediately. Roll into 1" balls or spoon onto cookie sheets.

Bake 350 for 8-10 min.

Dough will seem oily but the cookies will not be oily when finished.

If you use 100% Splenda cookies will have 83 cal. 8g protein; 1 g carb; trace fiber; 1 usable carb
