TattooedLou's Cottage Pie
Ground beef, lean, 200 grams (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
*Swede, 200 gram (remove)
*Beef Gravy, 1 can (remove)
Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
Mashed Potatoes, 3 cup (remove)
DRAIN EXCESS FAT AWAY.
Add the rest of the veg, black pepper and the gravey, simmer for 5 mins.
Put the meat mixture into a dish and leave to cool completely.
Make the mashed potato and spoon over the meat whilst still hot, making sure that the meat is totally covered.
Place in the oven and leave until the potato is lovely and golden on the top.
Serve with broccoli and runner beans.
