1 pkg frozen scallops, thawed
Nestle Chef Mate Creole Seasoning
1 pkg alfredo sauce mix
1 box whole-wheat linguine noodles
4 slices of turkey bacon
1 can of sweet peas, drained
2. Stir-fry scallops, seasoned lightly with the creole seasoning.
3. Make alfredo sauce according to package directions (I use real butter, but with skim milk)
4. Cook linguine noodles.
5. Mix noodles, sauce, and sweet peas. Top with scallops and turkey bacon bits.
Makes 4 1-cup servings.
