Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo




Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (pizza topping type)
    5 oz. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    1 cup Fat Free Half & Half
    4 ozs Light Cream Cheese
    1/4 cup Butter (Smart Balance)
    garlic powder to taste
    12 oz cooked shrimp (tail removed)
    Whole Wheat Fettccune Pasta (8 oz dry)

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients. Put on low heat and stir occasionally until cheese becomes stringy. Make sure butter does not separate while cooking. Once cheese is stringy, stir constantly until mixture is completely melted. While preparing cheese sauce, cook pasta according to package directions. Heat shrimp in separate skillet. Once all things are cooked, mix together and serve.
