Burrito Bowl for a Belly Full

Introduction

An easy and filling meal that is easy to experiment with and enjoy! An easy and filling meal that is easy to experiment with and enjoy!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2/3 cup of brown rice
    1/2 cup of black beans
    1/2 cup of diced tomatos (canned or fresh)
    2 tablespoons of salsa
    1/4 cup of nonfat, plain yogurt
    2 oz ground turkey

Directions

Cook brown rice according to directions. I usually use instant rice to speed things up.
Add the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl, mix, and serve.
Add some cilantro on the top for an extra color and flavor!
I've made this recipe with cubed chicken as well.
This recipe is only for one serving but it is easy to double and make for more.
