Chicken Rice Soup

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups sliced carrots
    4 stalks celery sliced
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 of a whole chicken (skin on)
    6 Cubes chicken bouillon
    8-10 cups water (you may need to add more as it boils down

Directions

1. In a med/lg sized pot, add the chicken and the water

2. bring to a boil, cont. to cook until the chicken is done.

3. When chicken is thoroughly cooked remove and set aside.

4. Add carrots, celery, onion, and chicken bouillon to water left behind in the pot.

5. When chicken is cooled enough, skin and debone the chicken adding the meat to the pot.

6. Let simmer until the veggies are cooked.
