Pork with rice noodles

Ingredients

4 oz Rice noodles
2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
2 c. fresh bean sprouts
2 Tbsp extra light olive oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp Mrs. Yoshida's Gormet sauce
14 oz of pork
Directions
Place rice noodles in a large bowl and fill the bowl with HOT tap water (covering noodles) and let soak for 15 minutes
Chop pork in bite size pieces or strips ( I buy pork that is already cut for "stir fry")
In a Wok, over med. heat, add oil. When heated, add pork. Cook for 5 minutes then add soy sauce. Continue cooking approx 10 more minutes (or until pork is cooked through).
Push pork to the out side edges of the Wok and add Yoshida's sauce as well as the mushrooms in the middle. Cook covered, until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
Drain rice noodles.
Add rice noodles and bean sprouts to the Wok. Stir everything together and cook 3 more minutes, covered ( to tenderize the noodles/ sprouts). Serve and enjoy!
