Acorn Squash

Introduction

Super yummy and healthy to boot! Super yummy and healthy to boot!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 acorn squash
    1 tsp margarine
    1 tsp loose brown sugar
    1/2 tsp cinammon
    sprinkle of nutmeg

Directions

Cut squash in half or quarters depending on how large you like a serving. I have this set for half a squash per serving.

Clean out seeds and pulp with a spoon

rub the margarine on exposed areas.
sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
place on baking sheet cut side up and cover with tin foil.

cook at 410 for 40 to 60 minutes until done. scoop out and mix with the liquid that has gathered inside the squash.
