"FAKE" Powdered Sugar

Introduction

For those who have to watch their Sugar, or those who are on a diet. This is Great to dust on Cakes, Cookies and whatever else calls for "Powdered Sugar toppings". For those who have to watch their Sugar, or those who are on a diet. This is Great to dust on Cakes, Cookies and whatever else calls for "Powdered Sugar toppings".
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 Cups Nonfat DRY Milk Powder
    1 Cup White Sugar replacement (Splenda, Sugar Twin etc.)
    2 Cups Cornstarch

Directions

Combine all ingredients in Processor or Blender. ( I did this in a Blender using 1/4 of mixture at a time)
Process until WELL blended and "Powderey". Transfere to an airtight container.
Recipe yields 4 Cups Replacement for use in making desserts.
Calories for 1/4th cup is 81.
