Ingredients

    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup (remove)
    *Summer Squash, .5 cup, sliced (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)

Directions

chop all vegetables like size and dress with oil and seasonings. Bake at 400 for about 15-20 mins.
