Ingredients

    3 tablespoons sesame seeds
    2 tablespoons all purpose-flour
    1/8 teaspoon white pepper
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and deboned
    butter-flavored, nonstick, vegetable cooking spray

Directions

mix the flour, pepper, sesame seeds and ginger together in a small bowl. Spray the chicken with vegetable cooking spray then dip in soy sauce. Coat with the ginger mixture and place in a metal baking dish that has been coated with nonstick spray. Now lightly spray one more time with the vegetable cooking spray and drizzle the remaining soy sauce evenly over all chicken breasts. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 40 minutes or til tender.
