Ingredients

4 T. Land O Lakes Light Butter
1/4 C. Natural Peanut Butter
2 T. Blackstrap Molasses
1 t. Vanilla Extract
2 large Eggs (beaten together)
1 T. Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal
1 T. Wheat Germ
2 T. ground almonds
1/4 C. Dried, sweetened Cranberries
1 C. Cascadian Farm Dark Chocolate Almond Granola
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Microwave butter and peanut butter together in glass (microwavable safe) bowl for 1 minute. Whisk together. Add in molasses and eggs. Whisk until well mixed. Stir in dry ingredients, one at a time, using a wooden or plastic spoon.
Spray a 9x9 baking dish with non-stick, butter-flavored spray. Add mixture to baking dish and bake, uncovered for 20 minutes. Let cool completely.
Spray a knife with non-stick spray before cutting into 9, equal bars.
