Low Carb Egg and Ham Casserole

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked ham, chopped
12 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. 2% cheddar cheese, shredded
2 t. mustard
1 c. milk
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
2 T. butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Into prepared 9 x 13-inch pan, pour mixture. Bake 1 hour. Can be prepared the night before, refrigerated, and baked in the morning.
