Introduction

Delicious. A great way to get your vegetables in and add a little spice. Delicious. A great way to get your vegetables in and add a little spice.

Ingredients

    Onions 1/4 cup
    Peppers, red green orange. 1 cup
    zucinni 1 small
    yellow squash 1 small
    canola oil 3 tblsp
    cumin powder 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper, 1 tblsp
    whole wheat tortilla's, low carb
    salt, a pinch
    curry, a pinch or 2 shakes

Directions

Take the canola oil and heat the oil add the onions cook for about 3 minutes and then add the peppers and cook. Then add the rest of the vegetables. Cook on medium heat. Add seasonings, salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, and curry. add the black beans and corn and cook for about 5 minutes.
