Ginger-Lime Chicken

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    600 g chicken cut into bite sized pieces
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 cup over flowing with lime juice
    3/4 cup water
    3 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp Arroy sweet chili sauce


Directions

Heat seseame oil in fry pan and add chicken as you cut it. Cook until no longer pink. Add in ginger and garlic and stir. Add in remaining ingrediants and simmer on low for 20 minutes. serve over rice
