Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Two cans chick peas, drained and rinsed
    Large cucumber, peeled
    Red bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 Green bell pepper, chopped
    Red onion, about three slices, chopped
    Italian parsly, one large handful, chopped finely
    Frozen peas, one cup
    Radishes, 8 chopped

Directions

Chop everything up. Mix together! Season to taste. Enjoy!
Makes about 12 servings (0.75 cup each)
