2 cans of tuna in water 1 bag of Snap Green beans oriental mix frozen veggies 1 can of sweet corn 1 tbsp of garlic powder 1 tsp of sea salt 2 tbsp of Country Crock margarine
Put a skillet on medium high heat and add the margarine. open up the bag of frozen veggies and toss them in the skillet until completely thawed. Open up a can of sweet corn and add it to the mix. Open and drain the tuna, add it to the skillet when the frozen veggies are completely thawed out. Add the garlic powder and the salt and stir to combine. That's it.
