Introduction

I love these for a Sunday Morning, of course I only have two or three, as one servining is for 2. Cooking time depends on your waffle iron also. I love these for a Sunday Morning, of course I only have two or three, as one servining is for 2. Cooking time depends on your waffle iron also.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 cup white flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    2 TBSP baking powder
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt ( I omit)
    1 cup soy/almond milk
    1/2 cup applesauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix. Heat Waffle iron, then cook until golden brown. You can make pancakes if you thin out the batter a little more by adding liquid.
