Ingredients

    .5cup split mung
    .5cup hite basmati
    1 cup onion
    2 carrots shredded
    2 zucchini shredded
    .5 tsp cumin
    .5tsp salt
    .5 tsp mustard powder
    1 inch ginger minced
    .5 tsp coriander powder
    .5 tsp turmuric

Directions

cook with gentle heat for two hours. Can place in crock pot over night and will be ready for breakfast.

eat through out the day with nothing else and drink plenty of water. Suggest once a week
