Ingredients

    1 cup spring mix salad
    3 oz (about 1/3 cup) Mann's Rainbow Salad Blend (shredded broccoli, cabbage, carrots)
    1/3 cup diced cucumber
    1/3 cup chopped mushrooms
    1 small orange, segmented and diced
    1/4 cup snow peas, sliced
    1/2 chicken breast, grilled and diced
    1 tbsp cilantro, roughly chopped
    2 tbsp Trader Joe's Thai Peanut Dressing

Directions

Combine all ingredients with dressing just before serving. Makes 1 large salad.
