Tortilla Pizza

Introduction

Using tortilla instead of pizza dough saves a lot of calories. I just added what I had in my fridge. Next time I want to add onions and mushrooms. Using tortilla instead of pizza dough saves a lot of calories. I just added what I had in my fridge. Next time I want to add onions and mushrooms.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1- Wheat Tortilla - about 8in

    2 -Tablesoons- Pizza Sauce

    6 -Turkey Pepperoni's

    1/2 cup -2% shredded mozzarella cheese

    1/3 cup green and red bell peppers mix

    2 Tablespoons- sliced jalapeno's





Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Put sauce on Tortilla leaving about an inch around the edge. Sprinkle cheese, and then add the other toppings. Put in oven on a cookie or pizza pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and enjoy. YUM!
