Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Cup All Purpose Flour
    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    8 Tbl Buttermilk Powder
    6 tsp Baking Powder
    3 tsp Sugar
    1/2 tsp Cardamom
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2 Cups Water
    2 Large Eggs
    3 Tbl Canola Oil
    1/2 Cup Blueberries



Directions

Combine dry ingredients in bowl using whisk
Mix together wet ingredients and add. Fold in blueberries. Heat electric pan to 300 degrees. Spray pan with oil if not a nonstick pan. Using 1/3 cup, pour 3 mounds in pan. Turn when bubbly and cook for 1 minute more. Serve with maple syrup. Makes 14 pancakes.
