Mexican Pita Pizza

Introduction

This is an easy pita pizza just using mexican ingrediants. I'm sure you could add black olives or chopped tomatoes and cut back on the meat and cheese toppings. This is an easy pita pizza just using mexican ingrediants. I'm sure you could add black olives or chopped tomatoes and cut back on the meat and cheese toppings.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 packages Tyson Southwestern Chicken Strips (12 oz.)
    1 1/3 cup shredded Mexican cheese
    3 tbls Newman's Own Salsa
    4 Toufayan Whole Wheat Pitas

Directions

Spread approximately 2 teaspoons salsa on each pita. Then layer 3 oz. chicken and 1/3 cup cheese on top. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes, depends on your oven and how done you like your pizza.
