1 cup Orzo Pasta
4 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Olive Oil
40 grams Sun Dried Tomatoes
1 Celery stalk
7 grams Fresh Basil
1/2 tsp Ground Oregano
Cube zucchini and cook until tender-crisp
Chop up celery, basil, oregano, and sun dried tomatoes, add to bowl with vinegar and olive oil. Add Orzo and zucchini.
Stir. Refrigerate for an hour. Makes four servings
