Mary's Pineapple Stirfry with Tofu

Ingredients

    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp peanut oil
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 tbsp pineapple juice
    1/2 cup no salt cashews
    4 slices pineapple
    1/2 cup yeri yeri
    1 cup shitake mushrooms
    1 cup bell pepper
    5 scallions
    1.25 cup bamboo
    1 package extra hard tofu
    2 garlic cloves
    ginger

Directions

Heat oils and liquids in high heat in a wok
Put in minced ginger and garlic
Stir in veggies
Stir in tofu
Stir in cashews (and anything else)
sprinkle with coriander and hot spices (as desired)
