5 dates, chopped (or 1/2 cup)
1/3 cup mixture of oats and walnuts. I prefer mostly oats and some walnuts.
Now chop oats and walnuts until finely ground. Mix into the date paste with your hands. Form two bars and eat or refrigerate to firm up more.
Options: add peanut butter and jelly to make PB&J oat bars!
