I make my microwave popcorn this way BUT use a glass (microwave approved) bowl and a vented microwave cover that fits over bowl. With this "Green" approach you never have to use bags or tape. - 4/28/10

This was REALLY good and even my husband likes it, knowing that it is healthy and the diet version, not the usual theater butter popcorn that we usually eat. - 6/21/10

  • I made this and like being able to pop the corn without tons of oil. Couldn't really get flavors to stick (I was trying to use nutritional yeast), even after spraying with vegetable oil spray. - 7/24/13

  • I made 1 serving of this in a small paper bag folder over twice and sprinkled a teaspoon of parmesan cheese on after popping. It was really good! No more pre-fab unhealthy microwaveable popcorn for me from now on! Thanks for the recipe! - 2/18/12
