Red Beans and Rice

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 T extra virgin olive oil
    2 red or orange bell peppers, sliced
    3/4 large onion, sliced
    5 garlic cloves
    8 oz Turkey Polska kielbasa
    1 Can red beans
    1 C cooked brown rice

Directions

Saute peppers, onions and garlic in olive until peppers are tender. Remove and cook Kilebasa in the same pan until desired doneness. Add back the pepper mixture, beans and rice to the Kielbasa pan. Season to taste with sesame seed, cayenne pepper, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cook through.
